All Hostigo invoices are managed through your Client Portal. This guide explains how to view your invoices and how to pay using EFT or PayFast.
1. Where to Find Your Invoices
To view your invoices, log into your Client Portal and click Billing, then select My Invoices. You will see a list of all paid and unpaid invoices.
2. View an Invoice
Click on any invoice number to view the full invoice. You can see the services being billed, the due date, and the total amount.
You can also download or print the invoice for your records.
3. Paying Your Invoice
When an invoice is unpaid, you will see a Pay Now button. Click it to choose your preferred payment method.
4. Pay Using PayFast
PayFast allows you to pay instantly using EFT, credit card, or debit card. When you select PayFast, you will be redirected to their secure payment page. Once payment is successful, your invoice will be marked as paid automatically.
5. Pay Using EFT (Bank Transfer)
If you prefer to pay via EFT, select Bank Transfer as your payment method. Hostigo’s banking details will be shown on your invoice.
Use your invoice number as the payment reference so we can match your payment correctly.
6. Payment Confirmation
PayFast payments are confirmed instantly. EFT payments may take 1–2 business days to reflect. Once your payment is received, your invoice will be updated and your services will remain active.
