The Hostigo support ticket system allows you to get help with hosting, domains, billing, and technical issues. This guide explains how to submit a ticket and get assistance from our support team.
1. Log in to the Client Portal
To open a support ticket, first log into your Client Portal at https://hostigo.co.za/billing/login
2. Go to the Support Section
Once logged in, click on Support in the main menu and select Open Ticket.
3. Choose a Department
Select the correct department for your request, such as Technical Support, Billing, or Sales. This ensures your ticket reaches the right team.
4. Enter Your Message
Describe your issue or question clearly. Include any important details such as your domain name, error messages, or what you need help with.
You can also upload screenshots or files if needed.
5. Submit the Ticket
Once your message is complete, click Submit. Your ticket will be created and assigned to our support team.
6. Track and Reply
You can view and reply to your ticket at any time from the Support section in your Client Portal. All responses from Hostigo will appear there.
