1. What is Acronis Backup?
Acronis Backup automatically creates copies of your website, files, and databases. These backups allow you to restore your data if your website is damaged, deleted, or hacked.
2. Backups Are Automatic
Hostigo automatically runs backups on your hosting account. You do not need to manually create them — your data is always protected.
3. Accessing Your Backups
You can manage your backups by logging into your Client Portal at https://hostigo.co.za/billing/login, opening your hosting service, and selecting the Acronis Backup option.
4. Restoring Your Website
If something goes wrong, you can restore your website to an earlier date using Acronis. You can restore full websites, individual files, or databases.
