Updating DNS Records

DNS records control how your domain connects to your website, email, and other services. This guide explains how to update DNS records for your domain at Hostigo.

 

1. Log in to the Client Portal

Go to https://hostigo.co.za/billing/login and log in to your Hostigo account.

 

2. Open Your Domain

Click on Domains and select the domain name you want to manage.

 

3. Manage DNS

Click Manage DNS or DNS Records to view your domain’s DNS settings.

 

4. Add or Edit Records

You can add, edit, or delete DNS records such as A records, MX records, and CNAME records. Make sure the information is correct before saving.

 

5. Save Your Changes

After updating your records, click Save. DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to fully update across the internet.
