Domain Renewal Process

Domains must be renewed every year to stay active. This guide explains how domain renewals work at Hostigo and how to make sure your domain does not expire.

1. When Your Domain is Due

Hostigo will send you email reminders before your domain expires. You will also see a renewal invoice in your Client Portal.

2. Your Renewal Invoice

A domain renewal invoice is generated before the expiry date. This invoice must be paid to keep your domain active.

3. Pay Your Invoice

Log in to your Client Portal at https://hostigo.co.za/billing/login and pay the renewal invoice using EFT or PayFast.

4. Renewal Processing

Once payment is received, your domain will be renewed automatically and remain active.

5. Avoid Domain Expiry

Always ensure your invoices are paid on time. If a domain expires, your website and email will stop working.
