Website Not Loading

If your website is not loading or shows an error, this guide will help you understand the most common causes and what to do next.

1. Check Your Domain

Make sure your domain name is active and not expired. You can check this in your Client Portal.

2. Check Your Hosting Status

Log in to your Client Portal at https://hostigo.co.za/billing/login and make sure your hosting service is active and not suspended.

3. DNS or Propagation

If you recently changed your domain or hosting, DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to update. During this time, your website may not load everywhere.

4. Website Errors

If your hosting is active but the site still does not load, there may be an error with your website files or WordPress.

5. Check SSL

If your site shows a security warning or does not load over HTTPS, your SSL certificate may not be active.
