Emails Not Sending

If your emails are not sending, this guide will help you identify the most common causes and how to fix them.

1. Check Your Internet Connection

Make sure your device is connected to the internet. A poor connection can prevent emails from sending.

2. Check Your Email Settings

Ensure your outgoing mail (SMTP) server is set correctly. The server should be mail.yourdomain.co.za and your full email address should be used as the username.

3. Password or Authentication Error

If your email password is incorrect or has changed, your email will fail to send. Update your password in your email app.

4. Check Your Spam or Block List

Some email providers block outgoing mail if they detect suspicious activity. Make sure your account is not blocked.

5. Try Webmail

Log into webmail and try sending an email. If it works in webmail, the problem is likely with your email app settings.
