cPanel Login Problems

If you cannot log in to cPanel, this guide will help you find the cause and get access to your hosting again.

1. Access cPanel Correctly

Always log in to cPanel through your Client Portal at https://hostigo.co.za/billing/login. This ensures you are using the correct login link.

2. Check Your Hosting Status

Make sure your hosting service is active and not suspended. You can check this in the Client Portal.

3. Wrong Password

If you changed your Client Portal password, it does not change your cPanel password. Using the automatic login button avoids this issue.

4. IP Blocked

Too many failed login attempts can block your IP address. This will prevent access until it is unblocked.

5. Try Another Browser

Sometimes browser extensions or cached data can block cPanel login. Try using another browser or an incognito window.
