1. What is Network Status?
Network status shows whether Hostigo’s servers and systems are running normally or if there is a known issue affecting customers.
2. When to Check It
You should check the network status if your website is not loading, email is not working, or you cannot access your hosting.
3. How to Check
Log in to your Client Portal at https://hostigo.co.za/billing/login. Any active outages or maintenance notices will be shown in the dashboard.
4. Planned Maintenance
Sometimes Hostigo performs maintenance to improve performance or security. These updates are announced in advance inside the Client Portal.
5. If There Is No Outage
If the network status shows everything is online but you still have issues, the problem may be specific to your account or website.
