What to Do During Downtime

If your website or email is temporarily unavailable, this guide explains what to do and how Hostigo keeps you informed.

1. Stay Calm and Check Status

First, check Hostigo’s network status in your Client Portal to see if there is a known outage or maintenance.

2. Avoid Making Changes

Do not change DNS, hosting, or website settings during downtime. This can make the issue harder to fix.

3. Hostigo is Working on It

If there is an outage, Hostigo’s technical team is already working to restore services as quickly as possible.

4. Check Your Email and Client Portal

Updates will be posted in your Client Portal or sent to your email address.

5. Contact Support if Needed

If the problem is not listed or only affects your account, open a support ticket.

We’ve Got You Covered

Hostigo monitors its network 24/7 to keep your services running smoothly.
