1. What is Scheduled Maintenance?

Scheduled maintenance is planned work on our servers to improve performance, security, and stability.

 

2. Why It Is Necessary

Maintenance allows us to apply updates, fix issues, and upgrade systems so your hosting remains reliable.

 

3. How You Will Be Notified

Hostigo will notify you of planned maintenance in advance through your Client Portal or by email.

 

4. What to Expect

Some services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance. We schedule maintenance during low-traffic hours whenever possible.

 

5. After Maintenance

Once maintenance is complete, all services will return to normal operation.
