HerdSafe Account Deletion

Users can permanently delete their HerdSafe account and associated cloud data directly from within the HerdSafe app.

How to delete your account

1. Open HerdSafe.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Type DELETE to confirm.
6. Your account and associated cloud data will be permanently deleted.

What is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your HerdSafe account
• Farm information
• Animal records
• Weight records
• Breeding records
• Health and treatment records
• Financial records
• Cloud backup data

Data retention

HerdSafe does not retain your personal farm data after successful account deletion, except where required by applicable law.
